Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for store credit. Returns are not accepted on accessories or travel sized products. We do not offer refunds on services and will happily provide an alternative solution if you are not satisfied with a service. If you experience a reaction to a product or service please reach out to us immediately. 

To ensure the best service for all of our clients, any missed appointments (no-shows) will require full payment for the missed appointment. Additionally, please note that same day cancellations and no-shows will be subject to full payment for the reserved services. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

We kindly require 48 hours of notice for all appointment cancellations and modifications. This allows us to accommodate our waiting list and protect our team's livelihoods. In the event you need to cancel or modify your appointment within 48 hours, please notify us immediately and a fee may be applied. To ensure your appointment, we require a credit card on file.
